In April of 2007, Janelle and I put together a strategic plan for Paradigm Shift. It was in four phases:
- Research and Development
- Implement Pilot Program
- Replicate Program
- Establish Networks of Participating Churches
The end of 2008 marks the end of phase 1. Thirteen countries and 85,000 air miles later and phase 2 is ready to launch in January 2009 in South Africa.
Phases 3 and 4 will happen rapidly – we expect within 2009, we will see phase 3 and 4 accomplished in eight churches which will lead to networks of like minded churches serving and loving the poor together.

New Man Magazine, a division of Strang Communications, published a recent interview with Jedd regarding Paradigm Shift and our work in South Africa as the lead story in the current issue.
