Greg is one of the new Paradigm Shift team members that will be launching the pilot program in South Africa. A brief snapshot of his experience and the value he brings to the team follows. Greg has an extensive background in financial analysis and investment structuring. Most recently, he worked as an associate at an investment fund manager. He has also been an associate with a start-up private equity firm and as has served as a financial analyst for a capital markets group. His knowledge of financial investments and how to assess various aspects of client’s abilities and potential allows him to accurately train and provide feedback for the development of microentrepreneurs. Greg received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.

How It Works…
The average 28 week program cost is $160 for each entrepreneur.
Because the funds are recycled every 28 weeks as entrepreneurs repay their loans, Paradigm Shift is able to stretch each donation to 4 different families.
So, for EACH $40 you donate, you are able to provide business training, discipleship a small loan and a mentor for one South African family!

What does Paradigm Shift Do?
We focus on four key areas:
1. Business Training…because most of our entrepreneurs have less than a 6th grade education and currently don’t have the skills they need to manage a growing business
2. Discipleship…because people need hope for eternity and hope for today
3. Microcredit…because many poor South African entrepreneurs have low literacy skills, very few assets and almost no access to commercial credit to grow their businesses
4. Mentoring…because having friendship and counsel from someone who has been down the road before can make a world of difference in the journey of life
