Elizabeth Bennett is one of the new Paradigm Shift team members that will be launching the pilot program in South Africa. A brief snapshot of her experience and the value she brings to the team follows. Elizabeth Bennett has worked as an analyst at a bank and as an associate at a public relations firm. She is also the co-founder and president of Net Impact, a network of leaders who seek to transform society through business. Elizabeth holds two degrees, one in Human and Organizational Development and one in Economics from Vanderbilt University. She also serves on Vanderbilt’s Board of Trustees.

Kristen Fenton is one of the new Paradigm Shift team members that will be launching the pilot program in South Africa. A brief snapshot of her experience and the value she brings to the team follows. As a clinical social worker, Kristen Fenton has had several years of experience in counseling, motivating, empowering, and engaging people of many ages, ethnicities, and social classes in individual, family, and group settings. Her background in social work has equipped her to identify the ways in which these factors impact each individual’s mental health and quality of life. She is able perceive the individual in his/her specific context, to create interventions that assist the individual in overcoming various barriers, and to identify the greater social problems that directly affect the lives of her clients. Kristen holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Loyola University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wheaton College.

Eric Fenton is one of the new Paradigm Shift team members that will be launching the pilot program in South Africa. A brief snapshot of his experience and the value he brings to the team follows. Eric is an entrepreneur with a strong background in mentoring, preaching, writing and curriculum development. He is a skilled trainer, having coached hundreds of individuals and teams in various ministry settings and he has co-written two separate pastoral small group mentoring manuals. He has significant experience in creating and organizing a small group network through a team of 50-70 talented church volunteers at Willow Creek Community Church. Eric holds a Masters degree in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Wheaton College.

We’ve made it to DC and preparing for the first Board of Directors meeting next Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This will be a great time connecting with everyone and looking strategically into the future.
